Project Overview

Goals

The purpose of the website is to position Frank Online Marketing, and Tema Frank in particular, as one of Canada's leading internet marketing experts, and particularly as the go-to source for what Canadian companies are doing online.

The site is intended to generate leads for the consulting business, for speaking contracts, and, ultimately, sales of internet marketing-related products and a private member's area.

Target audiences

The main target audience is small and mid-sized Canadian companies wanting to grow their businesses by selling online and/or promoting their businesses online. Within those companies, the likely site users would be entrepreneurs and marketing staff in organizations with 1 – 4 marketing staff.

The secondary audience is US (or other non-Canadian) companies wanting to sell their products into Canada. These companies are likely to be larger than those in the primary market, and will mainly be interested in learning about the specifics of selling to Canadians.

Look and feel

The look should be clean, professional, and modern.  Ease of use is critical.

Requirements

·         Must be a responsive WordPress design that will work well on mobile phones and tablets as well as desktop/laptop computers.

·         Must meet W3C standards for accessibility

·         Must seamlessly incorporate the podcast episodes

·         Must encourage social media sharing, and incorporate my Twitter feed

·         Prominent sign-up form for news and updates

·         Must work on all major browsers

·         Will ultimately need to connect with a payment system

·         Will ultimately need to have a private members area, accessible once they have paid to join
